How do you take care of a flowering bok choy plant?

This year, I m growing two types of bok choy, and it s going splendidly, but I ve faced challenges in the past, so I know how to tackle this temperamental veg. They can cause cat-facing, scabs and scars on fruits, but they cause distortion and browning of leaves when they nibble on bok choy. You ll usually spot it during the cooler, wetter months just the type of conditions that bok choy prefers. Bok choy going to seed, known as bolting, is a common issue when growing bok choy. According to Cornell University, shading your bok choy crops in the summer is another way to avoid bolting. Not all is lost if your bok choy goes to seed, however.
